sometime due to us both being in the mortgage and real estate world. When he put his book out just over a year ago. I foolishly took my time getting it. I am sorry for that. While I have gone on to correct that mistake. The one mistake that I have continued to make has been the fact that I have only read it once. Well, I am going to remedy that. I am putting the book back into rotation and go through it again.

Early in the interview, I did not let this roll by unnoticed. This book was self-published. Yeah, that is right and it was #1 in two categories on Amazon.* I think I want to push this a little further down the road in future podcasts, but here was a guy that had no experience or any reason for the big publishing houses to really notice him. When they did, they offered him peanuts or a slap in the face for all of his hard work. He self-published and the book goes to #1 in categories and even today it hangs out just out the top 10 in each.
